She is super kind and encouraging—I really recommend her classes for people of all fitness levels! She is very engaged during the entire class and provides great instruction. Whether you are new to working out, have been lifting for awhile, are pregnant, post partum, dealing with an injury, etc Ania makes sure that the workout is safe yet also challenging and effective for your fitness needs. Highly recommend her classes! :)
