I also appreciate how thought out the workout is. Every push aligns well with a drop in the beat or a part of the song where it makes sense to ramp up the power. Her cues are also very helpful for knowing how long each push will be, making it easier to pace your effort.

I’m just getting back into exercising and had NEVER tried Pilates before so at first I was super intimidated but Jasmine made me feel super comfortable, showed me and some other beginners around the machine and set some expectations on what we’d be doing.
