I have taken so many different classes with plenty of instructors, Edward is truly the most perfect ever. I can’t explain his magic. Zac was hilarious and kept us going with humor and jokes :) I love that the classes here are hitting every part of a workout: strength training , cardio, endurance, core strengthening, all the things in an efficient and fun way. They work fine however I don’t think they are as tall people friendly.
