This class was very relaxing and I really enjoyed all the stretches and poses, especially when the instructor would come around and help push us deeper into the stretch. It does say this class is 85 degrees, but to me it did not feel warm at all.

I’ll come to every class I can. She’s awesome. Her instructions are clear and she has a nice voice. It’s also fascinating to see the moves she can do with her strength that I know took some time to master. And it inspires me to get better.

I wasn’t as familiar with the format, and I’ve never done Yoga or TRX before, but the instructor’s high energy kept me going, and I eventually caught on. I definitely worked up a sweat and felt challenged in the best way possible. It’s a great blend of cardio, strength, and flexibility. Highly recommend giving it a try!
