Her yin classes are incredible! I feel like a new person after them and get great sleep. If you feel tight and tense, I highly recommend her yin classes! The longer held out poses in the heated room are so beneficial to my body, and his incredible music selection that accompanies the class always elevates it to another level for me. He even implements a rainstick during our savasana at the end of class🙏🏼 It’s always just such a beautiful and restorative session and I am always grateful for when my week can incorporate one of these classes of his. I feel like the people here who complained about this class have no idea what kundalini yoga is. It is Breathwork + movement! It is not a regular vinyasa flow class. Such an amazing instructor he truly goes up to everyone in the class and pushed you past your limits, I’ve never seen anything like it and i have been to so many gyms across FL and AZ. I’m 22 weeks pregnant he not only pushes you and makes you feel strong but also helps you modify to make sure you are safe!
