Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. I will definitely be back and recommend taking this class!

ver todas as avaliaçõesScott’s classes are always challenging. He always brings a new mix into the class that pushes me to my limits. I wouldn’t recommend his class if it’s your first time at Barry’s. With that said, if you’re looking to mix up your workout, and are generally really active, it’s worth trying his class to really challenge yourself. Worth every credit.

ver todas as avaliaçõesHow often do you get a chance to be taught by one of the best to ever do it? Taking a class with Austin is like taking acting classes taught by Cillian Murphy. Singing classes by Adele. Or skating lessons by Tony Hawk. When you're in a class with Austin - he lifts and propels you in a way like no other. This Peter Pan of Power had me so dialed in that I didn't even realize that I had completed the Wednesday workout that I call the Devil's Delight. Austin is the best in California if not the nation and I feel sincerely lucky to have an opportunity to have him an instructor.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis is a good class, but as someone that just started to get in my workout era it’s not beginner level. The instructor was good and motivated to work harder but does not help with posture or corrects you. I’ve taken other classes and they do take time to go over and help you with posture and all that good stuff. I will go back but once I have all my proper training 🙂 overall I had a great time!

It allows you to focus on your form and keeps me engaged the entire time - I end up feeling just as sore afterward as I do from a normal class :)

Gry offered a lot of modifications we could do, which was great. The studio is very nice and provides mats, equipment, and towels for everyone, and it has a water fountain, too.

He explained each move and corrected my form (which was the main reason I wanted to take a class!) Everyone in class was so nice and welcoming. They explain and get gear for you so you don’t feel lost if it’s your first time. I would actually join and I’m not a gym person lol

I wasn’t familiar with some of the weights/equipment but Piko was happy to teach me proper form to avoid injuries and get the most out of it.
