And her playlists always relate to whatever’s currently going on (eg. gloomy weather, superbowl). Best of all, my body feels super tight right after the workout and I instantly felt relief from the back pain from my slipped disc!

ver todas as avaliaçõesGene is great! I really liked this class. I wouldn’t say it’s a typical yoga class; there was more of a meditation focus while holding stretches for a longer period of time. All of the stretches felt great and were easily accessible, with solid modifications. She does this class mostly during the winter but I’d love if she could keep it going even once or twice a month during the summer!

Malika explained all the moves super clearly and helped me refine them when I was too much of a newb to keep up with the class. It was concentrated on abs abs and balance. The only thing that I would change is the studio temperature. I am just cold all the time. And even when I was sweating, my toes were so, so cold! But that may just be me.

I have some aerials experience but there are still differences between silks and sling, so there were a couple of things I needed a bit of instruction to do, but nothing was too difficult.

ver todas as avaliaçõesReally relaxing, instructor was very kind and helpful. Small class size was great. If you are sensitive to dizziness though this type of class is not for you. The inversions did make me dizzy. Although you don’t ever have to do those, inversions were about half of the time using the aerial silks, so if you opted to not do those then you are better off just taking a regular yoga class.

I was emailed key access and asked to download the Kisi app, but did not need it at this location (as of 2/22/24 anyway). Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Locker room and class space are both upstairs. Enjoyed the upbeat Barre class.
