She is also very engaging and shows us how to modify movements aswell. Overall I enjoyed the class and look forward to doing Pilates with her.

The coach was incredibly energetic, respectful, and highly motivating throughout the entire class. His positive attitude made the session both enjoyable and inspiring, and he really encouraged everyone to give their best. I’d also like to thank the girl at the reception .. she was extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful from the moment I arrived. The customer service from both of them was truly outstanding.
