The coach was incredibly energetic, respectful, and highly motivating throughout the entire class. His positive attitude made the session both enjoyable and inspiring, and he really encouraged everyone to give their best. My abs were burning towards the end! 💪💪 The water boards were definitely a great way to engage your core and build your balance and stability. Be prepared to sweat if you come in the summer, as it is outdoors. Would 100% come again, great class!
