ver todas as avaliaçõesI loved the space, it was simple, clean, and easy to reach once you’re in the hotel. The instructor had a very lovely voice and I especially appreciate that she takes the time to give the basic poses in case we couldn’t do the original ones described. Her voice was very soothing and I definitely felt very relaxed after! Overall, I kinda wish it was a little slower sometimes with the breath work but all good, it was a good one and I’m excited to come back again!
