Overall, the studio is super clean, neat and friendly. The staff were super welcoming, especially when I mentioned that it’s my first time there. She is absolutely incredible, super friendly, and her workouts pack a punch every time. She’s able to give every person in the class her attention and always makes sure everyone is able to perform each exercise correctly. She also gives options of different intensities for those that want more or less of a challenge. She’s able to deliver instructions super clearly and is always full of energy. Highly recommend this studio just for her classes!
