It was great for beginners and intermediate levels. The instructor gave amazing feedback to every single person. I wish all instructors cared as much as she does! I didn’t know what to expect at first but it was very similar to Zumba. The class was pretty small with only about 10 people but we had fun! Excited to come here again 🫶🏼
