First time taking a class with Eszylfie and he is so good! First time that I ever took a spin class where the instructor came and manually turned up my resistance and I am here for it! The strength portion was equally challenging but it motivated me when he would jump in and do the exercises with us. His energy doesn’t stop so why should mine?! Do yourself the favor of taking one of his classes.

(In-Person) Mommy & Baby Yoga
First time ever trying a Mommy and Baby yoga class and I loved it. My little one is only 7 weeks old so he stayed in his car seat and slept the entire time but it was nice to chat about mom related/postpartum stuff which is how the class began. No need to bring a mat or props, they supplied everything we needed! Big and spacious room and the temperature was just right. Hope does a great job and is very calming and easy to talk to.

Aerial Hammock Dance/Beginner
I had THE BEST time with aerial yoga! I am a very beginner and my grip hands were definitely a bit sore since my grip strength is horrible but I was able to do everything. Sherry was great with individualized adjustments. I went with my bestie and we got to take a progress video at the end which made me feel very accomplished even though I’m still very new. I can’t wait to see how much better I’ll get!
