The instructor and workout were very effective as I’m already feeling sore everywhere and it’s only the same evening! I will definitely return and will be early next time in! 🙏🏻🥰

Her classes are so well-structured, offering different accommodations with varying intensity needs. The atmosphere is always positive, and I leave feeling refreshed and energized. This was listed originally as Matt’s class, up until the class actually started. Audrey was great, but it’d be good to know when there’s an instructor change in advance because their styles are very different from each other, plus Audrey’s classes consistently run late, and I plan for that when I know she’s the instructor.

She made sure to warm up our wrists or our spines before doing certain moves like back bends or spinal twists. And she’s so funny! Class today was not boring at all! I’ll come again for her class, I highly recommend JuMin!

As my first hot yoga class and having been a very long time since practicing any yoga I was a bit hesitant however Gina was so warm and welcoming, her guidance was really great throughout! Loved the meditation aspect and the lavender towels at the end! Although class pass says yoga mats are included, they are $4 to rent so would recommend brining your own.

While she was talking to us this morning, tears started to pour from my eyes because I identified with the message but then felt such calmness and motivation throughout the whole practice.
