Though my flexibility was limited today, it was a good class. Challenging but the instructor’s instructions were clear. Will definitely consider joining again. Ariel was so gentle and a very good instructor of myofascial yin yoga 🥹🫶🏻 she reminded to utilise the one hour session to be one with ourselves, FEEL the mind-body connection and to listen to our body. She also told that it’s normal if some emotions arise. 10/10 would recommend.

Smrutica is always warm, gentle and able to give varieties to the classes and she will always check in with you throughout the class. Love this class and I would love it if she continues teaching in Jal on Saturday/ Sundays! Definitely beginner friendly but it's a challenging style vinyasa compared to normal vinyasa for me.. but so doable!!

The instructor gave some lovely health tips at the end of the session, which was a nice touch to the yoga session. She was also very kind to beginners and gave her full encouragement to them, as long as you come with good intentions. Staff were wonderful and kind. Area is clean and great amenities!
