    Today was my first power vinyasa class and I had expectations that it was going to be difficult while building the strength needed for it this past year. Though my flexibility was limited today, it was a good class. Challenging but the instructor’s instructions were clear. Will definitely consider joining again.     Unwind & Release: Myofascial Yin Yoga [KLCC]

    My first yoga class after so long and it was a good and very much needed experience. Ariel was so gentle and a very good instructor of myofascial yin yoga 🥹🫶🏻 she reminded to utilise the one hour session to be one with ourselves, FEEL the mind-body connection and to listen to our body. She also told that it’s normal if some emotions arise. 10/10 would recommend.

    What a class! Sweated buckets and that's what I truly needed on a Sunday! Smrutica is always warm, gentle and able to give varieties to the classes and she will always check in with you throughout the class. Love this class and I would love it if she continues teaching in Jal on Saturday/ Sundays! Definitely beginner friendly but it's a challenging style vinyasa compared to normal vinyasa for me.. but so doable!!

    Hatha Yoga (Beginner - Intermediate)

    Instructor was experienced and went around correcting postures which was great, room was hot enough to sweat. The instructor gave some lovely health tips at the end of the session, which was a nice touch to the yoga session. She was also very kind to beginners and gave her full encouragement to them, as long as you come with good intentions. Staff were wonderful and kind. Area is clean and great amenities!

    This is the first time I try Yin yoga quite relaxing and gently stretching. Before I feel yoga is quite challenging with me but the instructor is very patient and helpful so I feel happy when finishing this class.     It is a very unique pranayama class. Teacher Chris is very good in her structured guidance, teaching one to breath in the right way. She emphasizes a lot on the foundation which is very important. Her instructions are easy to follow and it is easy for me to remember and apply in my daily life too.
