The staff were polite, warm, and very friendly throughout my visit. I booked a Brazilian + underarms wax, and to my surprise, it was nowhere near as painful as my previous experiences at other places. Adel, the therapist, was incredibly skillful, gentle, and attentive, which made the whole session much more comfortable. Shout out to Adel 🌟 Definitely a place I would return to for future treatments!

ver todas as avaliaçõeswas scared to try due to bad reviews, and I admit maybe the staff is not familiar with certain stuffs. personally, during my visit, it started off a bit difficult since I have curly hair and it cannot be washed like straight hair (will tangle) and the staff did not know what to do. however, they are open to learning when I tell them how to properly wash and detangle curly hair. I actually had a nice experience here :)
