Ariel was so gentle and a very good instructor of myofascial yin yoga 🥹🫶🏻 she reminded to utilise the one hour session to be one with ourselves, FEEL the mind-body connection and to listen to our body. The instructor gave some lovely health tips at the end of the session, which was a nice touch to the yoga session.
