Only bit of feedback is that his direction was a bit fast, so when he counted the breathing it didn’t feel like a flow but more a superspeed breath, it also made it hard to flow into each pose. I also wasn’t super into the Justin Bieber soundscape for the warrior poses, but that’s subjective! Overall it was a really fun class and I’d definitely come back! Thank you!

Het was mijn eerste ervaring met deze vorm van yoga en het overtrof mijn verwachtingen. Nancy’s begeleiding was zacht en geruststellend, waardoor ik me direct op mijn gemak voelde. De combinatie van zachte houdingen, ademhalingstechnieken en meditatie hielp me om diep te ontspannen en mijn lichaam en geest te verjongen. Ik was onder de indruk van haar aandacht voor correcties qua alignment, wat mijn ervaring nog meer verrijkte. Ik voelde me na de les verfrist en gekalmeerd.
