The instructor was really informative and kind and made an effort to know people's names. Only thing that I would suggest is that the name and description of the class is updated on ClassPass- I truly had no idea what I was coming to!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI recently attended a Yin Yoga session at your studio and wanted to share my experience. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The instructor was experienced and created a wonderful atmosphere that allowed each participant to practice in their own space comfortably. Despite having had a busy day prior to the session, I left feeling incredibly relaxed and peaceful. It was my first time trying Yin Yoga at your studio, but it certainly won't be my last. The ambiance, coupled with the guidance of the instructor, made for a truly rejuvenating experience. Thank you for providing such a positive and enriching environment for yoga practice.
