What I think is essential and I missed it a bit was few more pauses as this helps not only to take a breath but mentally also to regain the focus to continue. The extra small pauses doesn’t take away from the intensity of the class, but ensures sharper mental and physical coordination.

It was just the right amount of challenge for me to return to after recovering from surgery. She offered good tips before the practice on how to work around sensitive spots of my body. I have a critique to the studio about the yoga mats however; the yoga mat absorbs the spray immediately, and therefor it is not possible to wipe clean properly, it feels unhygienic. I will bring my own mat next time.

The exercises were a little bit dynamic - I would like to sometimes get options just to know what to do if my body doesn’t know where to go. I also very much appreciated the introduction although it may be long for people already familiar with the practice. What would be also nice is to get a list of exercises (drawing??) to continue the practice at home. Overall very good and much needed!

The only point worth mentioning is that, in my experience, the massages often last somewhat less than 50 minutes. This is in my case because you are picked up a little later than the scheduled time, and the massage sometimes also finishes a bit early. Including the time needed to get changed, the overall experience is therefore closer to 40 minutes than 50 minutes.

I also would enjoy a bit more oversight and supervision from the hosts (who were cleaning the space really well btw). in my session, I was sharing the space with 2 groups of 3 guys, two of which started talking to me non stop both inside and around the sauna. even though I tried cutting off the talking, I felt quite uncomfortable, especially knowing I paid only for a short time of relaxation.
