ver todas as avaliaçõesI have now been to many different types of beginner dance classes in Amsterdam as I want to start dancing again - and let me tell you, it’s very rare to find a teacher like Suela. Not only does she have the best energy, she also teaches a choreography that’s fun and actually looks good. And maybe one of the most important things - she is motivating for beginners like myself. I sucked and couldn’t even remember 70% of the choreography but I had so much fun. And that’s what dancing is really about. Thank you Suela❤️

The exercises may seem simple at first, but they really tackle any weak spots you might have, ensuring no muscle goes unnoticed. It’s the most intense workout I’ve ever had. I love how it combines elements of ballet and Pilates, offering a unique and effective experience that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful, full-body workout!

Was helaas wel iets te veel mensen tijdens de les dus je ligt dan toch wel behoorlijk op elkaar met hier en daar per ongeluk een aanraking. Wellicht het aantal beperken? The rhythm of the breathing, Chance's voice and the music he picked brought me easily into a meditative state with trust and surrender to all the strong sensations the practice made me experience. First things I said when I opened my eyes was: "WOW". Chance is a great facilitator who truly cares about offering an impactful experience to everyone. Highly recommended!

It was only about 5 seconds but it gave me hope that this is achievable✨and it’s thanks to all the warmup exercises and other balances we did (crow pose, headstand, assisted handstand) with clear instructions and subtle corrections that really helped me to find balance.
