ver todas as avaliaçõesLove Hui’s approach to the foundation movements, it is really refreshing to learn the actual basics from ground 0, if you’ve been struggling at the beginners class I highly recommend coming here to strengthen your knowledge! Also for absolute beginners this is manageable, will definitely come back
