I’m a beginner so i would say it felt a little fast when we do the 2nd & 3rd flow but i tried to catch up. In the end, it felt quite nice. Sweat like crazy.

I fell asleep and the rhythm and tone of the singing bowls for the sound bath was perfect; deep and continuous and allowed for me to fall asleep! Only feedback, the hall and changing space are just next to it, with not best isolated door and walls, so it was quite noisy from the people speaking.
