I used to attend many classes at the former BTY Singel and had great experiences, which is why this stood out. In this class, there was very little interaction or guidance, no posture corrections or engagement, so it felt more like following a YouTube video than a coached session. Perhaps the approach has changed over time, but it didn’t feel like it used to. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I’d love to see more of the hands-on approach again.

ver todas as avaliaçõeslove coming to sin city! do want to say though recently some instructors are not demonstrating n the bags, or providing technique/skill correction/feedback which youd expect from a class of this price point. Also the weight section not being split into lower/upper body means you can never maximise either and compensate on weight which is a shame.

ver todas as avaliaçõesAleks genuinely made the class. Bro has endless energy and manages to keep everyone engaged from start to finish (even when the music stopped). Bro rly knows exactly how to hold a room; I guess playing for the Australian national team and being a podcaster helps. Bcs between the jokes, and constant encouragement, you forget you’re actually working out until your sweat reminds you later 😭 The session was challenging, but the vibe never felt intimidating. One of those trainers who can make an hour feel like 20 minutes. Anima definitely stays cooking with quality trainers 💯 12/10 would recommend!!
