Het was een hatha les die wel iets weg had van een slow flow, maar dat vond ik zelf heel prettig en er was veel aandacht voor het correct uitvoeren van de poses. Qua intensiteit en duur van de les vond ik het ook perfect. Ik kom zeker terug! Klein minpuntje vond ik dat de ruimte wat ‘ruig’ was voor een yogales, maar goed je bent natuurlijk in een sportschool en niet in een yogashala!

It would be nice if his voice could be a bit lower and softer as sometimes when you’re in a relaxed state it can wake you up or feel too loud for the state of mind you’re in, especially during shavasana, but otherwise an excellent class with great yin poses. 🙏🏽

In her meditation classes she combines breathing exercises with guided meditation or silence meditation,and feels that the 30 minutes are going pretty quickly. She is really calm and serene and answers any doubts you might have. I go out of the meditation feeling relaxed and focused. In her yoga classes, the pace is perfect and she keeps an eyeon everyone, helping you with corrections when needed. I definitely recommend her.
