ver todas as avaliaçõesSabrina is a kind teacher who really takes care of her students. She walked around before the class, trying to get to know us all and ask about possible injuries. She explained and showed us all the poses in front of the class, then walked around to help us out or give tiny adjustments where needed. The class was tough, but the jokes here and there got me through. I feel very safe during her classes and can definitely recommend her as a teacher! Coming back for sure. Thank you Sabrina. 🙏

Nu gaat het over de verschillende chakra’s. Wat een fijn extra is de klankschaal die John gebruikt tijdens de practice. Hier opent en sluit hij de poses en de gehele practice mee af ✨ O ja en een hele fijne afsluiter van de week en tevens alvast een goed begin van de week! Kasih John 🫶🏽

Just one comment but concerning the group size, they are adding more mats every time leaving no space to move freely. Would be great if they would focus on expanding the classes and instead just focus on teaching amazing yoga.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI loved this teacher’s personality, such a fun and uplifting man! Loved the Indian-style surprise dance sesh at the end of class. Only bit of feedback is that his direction was a bit fast, so when he counted the breathing it didn’t feel like a flow but more a superspeed breath, it also made it hard to flow into each pose. I also wasn’t super into the Justin Bieber soundscape for the warrior poses, but that’s subjective! Overall it was a really fun class and I’d definitely come back! Thank you!

She is also genuinely passionate about the topic which makes the healing even more profound. “Just one feedback:” I think the Q&A part at the end must be optional for the ones who need to stay. Since it’s an extremely deep session, I would have preferred to get some quite time or talk to in person. I really didn’t feel ready to listen somebody else’s questions, but at the same time felt having to stay out of respect to her. Thanks!

Het was mijn eerste ervaring met deze vorm van yoga en het overtrof mijn verwachtingen. Nancy’s begeleiding was zacht en geruststellend, waardoor ik me direct op mijn gemak voelde. De combinatie van zachte houdingen, ademhalingstechnieken en meditatie hielp me om diep te ontspannen en mijn lichaam en geest te verjongen. Ik was onder de indruk van haar aandacht voor correcties qua alignment, wat mijn ervaring nog meer verrijkte. Ik voelde me na de les verfrist en gekalmeerd. Ik kijk er al naar uit om weer deel te nemen aan haar les en meer te leren over restoratieve yoga. Bedankt, Nancy en Movements, voor deze verrijkende ervaring🙏

The instructor was experienced and created a wonderful atmosphere that allowed each participant to practice in their own space comfortably. Despite having had a busy day prior to the session, I left feeling incredibly relaxed and peaceful. It was my first time trying Yin Yoga at your studio, but it certainly won't be my last. The ambiance, coupled with the guidance of the instructor, made for a truly rejuvenating experience. Thank you for providing such a positive and enriching environment for yoga practice.

Tijdens de les houdt zij goed in de gaten of iedereen de oefeningen op de juiste manier doet. Het is een pittige les die geschikt is voor pilateskenners, maar ook beginners!
