ver todas as avaliaçõesvery nice lesson, though I don't know if there is a policy at this studio but some guy took his shirt off in class. I (being a man myself) find it uncessary and inappropriate in a yoga class/studio. Would be good if there was a rule against it.

Rumah Yoga is a yoga school in Amsterdam-Noord and can be summed up in two words…warm yin/yang yoga

ver todas as avaliaçõesEerste les bij Christina, yin yang. Yin voelt echt als yin en yang echt als yang, alles zit er in en daarmee een fantastische start van de dag. Ik vind haar heerlijk lesgeven, grondig, met rust en eigenheid. Dankjewel!

ver todas as avaliaçõesSteph guides these yin yoga classes so gently allowing you to sink deeply into your body, Monday’s can feel so rushed and fast paced, this yin class is a perfect way to slow down and reconnect with your body again. We pulled a card at the end and there was time and room for tea and some connection with those who stayed behind for a little bit longer in the lounge which just felt so good ❤️
