ver todas as avaliaçõesSo glad that I went. More exhausting (very) than I thought it would make me feel. Surprisingly, it has some meditative effects on me. Small note for my Deaf friends out there, the place is not the most accessible for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing during the pre-dance session (not enough light to lip-read), however during the dance, it’s all good and I could feel the music.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI like very much the energy brought by Serena! She explained the movements in a very vivid and easy to understand way. She was also patient to help correct the movements and encouraging when she saw your body building up. I love it and will definitely come back!!❤️❤️❤️

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe dance was very cool and well choreographed but two things… it was definitely not a class for beginners and there was no space to dance. They should really consider letting less people in or adding another class during the week to avoid such a tight space.
