She uses more hand motions to signal the steps . That Works for those in the front but not for those in the back. I would say this class is a little chaotic but it’s fun! You will definitely burn some calories. Stretch before class and wear comfortable shoes.

Stretching and breathing was much needed. Very relaxing, I almost feel asleep. Shoes not needed. Just mat, towel, and water. Can’t wait to come back!

I do have to say this felt more beginner - but I still had a great workout. The music was varied and included Taylor swift, Bruno mars, pop music, kpop, 2ne1, bigbang, reggaeton, etc. The playlist was so good.

It was a good balance between technique at the bar and combinations in the center of the room. I honestly would not recommend this class if you have never taken ballet before. I saw another review stating the class was full of kids and that the instructor couldn't remember anyone's name, but I have been here twice and there were a couple of younger students in their teens but it was mostly adults. There was NO judgment at all and everyone who was in class was also supportive. He help with correction and explained techniques with reminders. I was challenging, but fun. Worked on bar and then did some across the floor stuff. We did some adagio and allegro stuff. Definitely a workout! I highly recommend for any level, these guys know how to party. I will he coming back!
