However, since she wasn’t at the front doing it along with everyone else, she was very informative and hands-on in teaching / correcting the postures as she walked around. Loved her energy and the quote she shared with class.

Instructor explains the positions instead of just saying the name of the positions (which is great because I’ve been struggling in other studio’s classes since I am a beginner) it’s a small class and she was very positive and gentle. Will attend again!

It was very intimate and Alice gave us adaptations we can use when our bellies start growing - for our prenatal classes but also for other yoga classes we decide to take. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this class. Can’t wait to keep coming back :)
