I was able to jump in and with a little help, I was able to use the reformer. Ayah's cues were great to help get the most of the movements and she explained the breathing technique. The gym was bright and clean. The workout itself was full body- not just core so it was more than I expected. I'd definitely come back.

ver todas as avaliaçõesFirst time I've done yoga using silks. I've done yoga and I've taken a few silks class but the combo of the 2 was just what I needed. A bit awkward at times but the resulting poses and stretches felt so good. Dani was great - welcomed me warmly, explained the class / format. The ambiance was glowing and warm (the room was warmish, not hot). The music was soothing and Dani's cues and instructions were very helpful. Ahhhhh. I felt so good leaving this class.
