    Full Body Strength

    The class is great especially the fact that it was a small group and the trainer was able to go ahead and help us with our movements. We did upper body and some ab work I do want to come back again and see how their lower body class is since my upper body really was a great class. Plenty of parking because it is small they do have you wait in a small lobby in the back before you go in for the class.

    Adult Tumbling Class - Beginner/ Intermediate

    It’s an interesting class, I went and there was a little delay in my class starting because there was another cheer class prior. I was doing a lot of tumbling and gymnastics alongside a lot of middle schoolers. The coach is very knowledgeable and also accommodating, he adjusts the level of the activities to my gymnastics level which was basically 0.
