I was early so she talked with me for a bit beforehand and gave me advice on what cycle shoes to get (if i decide to buy some) and she fixed my shoe for me because it wouldn’t click in because the clip was crooked. Her class was high energy and she was so encouraging- it was a hard but great workout. Would definitely take her class again

ver todas as avaliaçõesMy first time with this instructor and it was a well paced, high energy class thanks to his energy. We started on the bag, then weights + full body workout, then back to the bag and finished with a core sequence. My only note is that the cues and countdown seemed a little loud but maybe my ears just haven’t been in a rumble class in a bit. It seemed like everyone got the push and workout they needed, would recommend for advanced or beginners. I’ll try his classes again!

I’m a big fitness guy, but this is the first class I’ve taken where there is practical reasons behind the moves (i.e. self defense) which created a new challenge. Boe’s class was a mix of boys weight training in support of boxing technique, which was also trained. Twice did regulars help with me with moves, and the 2nd was so kind I worried I interrupted his workout - but the time he took in helping me was appreciated. I look forward to learning more about boxing - all thanks to Boe.
