Donnie is a stud as a trainer but, what most impressed me , was how much he cares about putting people first. I came in not knowing that it was going to be a leg workout. After crushing legs the day before, I was about to walk out when he quickly built and coached me through a personalized shoulder/bicep workout. You simply cant get a better experience in the area.
