Not what I was expecting at all it’s way more intense but Kym was great at helping me and kept assuring me that it’s ok to not be able to do the moves fully. Make sure you bring a good amount of water and an extra towel to wipe your sweat because you will need them! Highly recommend!!

Very calm and soothing atmosphere for the mind. Also gets your blood running with some hot moves in between but ultimately ends in a relaxed mood, I kinda fell asleep towards the end haha!
