From a super warm welcome from every smiling face from front desk to instructor, to a little treat as a first timer, the cleanliness, dry shampoo (hello workout girlie’s best friend lol), and the list goes on! The workout was so good too and Merry was so awesome at welcoming me in and making sure I knew what was going on. She led an excellent class & the studio is doing a great job at serving with excellence!

This was my second time taking barre, so it was so nice that the instructor walked around and fixed my form and gave me proper instructions! Seems like the instructor is able to establish a strong rapport with her students ! Loved her energy + positivity!! Even the playlist slapped :) Def will be back!

This class I knew would be chill but personally felt a little too chill for me, even in yin yoga I like somewhat of a challenge/big stretch to help my mind go quiet. The instructor was really sweet and I liked her verbal instructions, for a restorative class I’d love to see some hands on adjustments but all in all very relaxing and loved the sense of community there!!!

Would say definitely not beginner friendly BUT if you know enough yoga and can handle fast pace/instructive and heat, it’s an amazing workout! Was drenched. Grace did a really great job!! Sometimes a little hard to understand the instructive cuz of how fast she spoke but there were plenty of people who were regulars that you could watch for help. And it seemed like all the regulars were super fit so clearly it works! :)

She helped with the transition of poses, I felt like I needed moments of hands on adjustments but the class is pretty big so I’m sure it’s not possible.
