ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was a fun class! You don’t need to be a dancer to enjoy but I definitely think my past Zumba classes helped me keep up. The instructor was nice, choreo wasn’t too hard, and the moves kept my heart rate up. I’d definitely go back!

They all know each other and are extremely welcoming to new comers!! It's a really cool community, if that's what you are looking for! Workout was moderate and fun!

I’ve taken at least 3 classes at Secret Garden, and I absolutely enjoy this studio. I’m excited to explore more classes and continue my fitness journey with Secret Garden!

ver todas as avaliaçõesOMG! I have NEVER had this much fun in a cardio class! The energy is amazing. I have a VERY bad back and I was able to jump the entire time without pain. I am hooked! I burned so many more calories because I didn't have to modify due to pain. I WILL be back!
