ver todas as avaliaçõesAwesome! It is fantastic that nectar is offering strength training 💪 I love it. The set up was 2 circuits with 5 stations, with 4 rounds per circuit for a total of 8 rounds. It was a lot of changing stations. I think I would prefer (something like) two reps per station (short pause btw reps) and 3 rounds per circuit for a total of 8. An adjustment like that would keep you at each station longer — so you really get your form right and 🔥 burn out your muscles a little more.

The only note I have is that the instructor gives a LOT of cues that, even after several years of doing reformer Pilates, I found confusing or that didn’t really seem to mean anything. I think it would be more beneficial for her to either demo the exercise, or do more hands on corrections per individual, especially since it wasn’t a full class. Overall I still think this is a great studio with challenging classes!

Even though it was a power flow, it was still a very mindful, gentle flow and very well thought-out sequence. I appreciated that the flow wasn’t too hot but I still sweat! Sacred Yoga seems like a very beginner-friendly studio. I liked the extra push in the power flow and will definitely be back 💯

Roslyn was an amazing instructor. She was incredibly kind and gave excellent, clear instructions throughout the class.
