I highly suggest you do this class on a day where you haven’t worked out in a minute. That way you’ll be open and able to do everything without the soreness of previous days, at least this will be my tactic lol.

I’ve never done a moon salutation in yoga before, and it was an experience. I love this yoga studio. They have a fan for life.

I really enjoyed the intention of the class, which was grace, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness. After the class ended, we all just sat on our mats dazed 😭😂. I was emotional (quietly) and couldn’t bring myself to smile, or even keep still at times but her kindness & unspoken understanding was so appreciated. Totally recommend.
