ver todas as avaliaçõesInstructor was amazing, gave clear instruction and played great music, only feedback is that the lights were incredibly bright the entire time and over half of the class left early. it’s super disruptive when people leave early especially in a yoga class. I know that’s not the instructors fault but if there is any way to limit this or have people who have to leave early sit by the door that might help.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI love love love Joanna’s class. That’s my girl! Always great music. She is very aware of the needs of her attendees and checks in consistently while challenging her class. The music is also great as well. I keep referring my girlfriends. Deff my favorite instructor.

ver todas as avaliaçõesA super strong, knowledgeable instructor with such a powerful, amazing voice. Great prompts given for verbal adjustments. I got my training in this modality & haven’t practiced it in awhile, as I typically stick to hot vinyasa flow classes is what my energy leans into. But I didn’t know how much I needed to bring my body back to the foundations of 26 & 2 in that serious heat. It opened up some tight areas so much that I was so grateful I decided to take the class. I’ll be working on adding atleast 1 I to my routine weekly as a result. Thank you!

The playlist was on point and matched the vibe of the class so well. Imani created such a great energy throughout the entire session. Highly recommend definitely will be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Flora, in particular, was wonderful! The studio itself is great. The instrumental music playing is very soothing, and I also enjoyed the heated aspect of it. However, the movements themselves were a bit challenging for a beginner like me. So, keep that in mind if this is your first ever class like me. But overall, I had a great time and would definitely try it again.
