I got my training in this modality & haven’t practiced it in awhile, as I typically stick to hot vinyasa flow classes is what my energy leans into. But I didn’t know how much I needed to bring my body back to the foundations of 26 & 2 in that serious heat. It opened up some tight areas so much that I was so grateful I decided to take the class. I have arthritis and sit all day for work. In other classes, I have left with a pulled muscle and feeling depleted. Leaving Sara's class I felt amazing and my hips were no longer creaking. The studio is clean and the yoga mats used were nothing like the thin mats provided with other studios. It felt like a cloud which is perfect for my arthritic knees and my sticky socks actually stuck to them making less stress on my feet. I definitely would recommend this studio to any and everyone!

This class has decreased my chronic pain the past 24 hours (since I took the class) which is wild!! Rachel is an incredible instructor! She did a great job correcting form with kindness and explaining the purposes of the movements. I will go to this class/studio again!

The machine was not like anything I’ve seen before and would have loved to explore it more and find out what all the gadgets were for. I’m used to doing more “modern” face-paced, strength-training, lagree-style workouts - so this was different for me and could easily be paired with other training programs. It’s a calm, relaxing space, and small class size (there were 6 of us) No loud music, no mics.
