ver todas as avaliaçõesGorgeous space and Bisio has a really relaxing energy, my body and spirit felt fully cleansed after this class. I would say it was definitely beginner level, which made me get back to basics and focus on my posture, however it would be nice to have some more intermediate level options for the flow in future!
