ver todas as avaliaçõesLoved today's Vinyasa class with Aria. It was my first Vinyasa class in about 5 years, and it reminded me how much I love this style of yoga. The class was challenging in a good way, but Aria offered plenty of options and modifications, making everything feel achievable and manageable for each individual. It was also a great sweaty session for a Saturday morning—energising, uplifting, and exactly what I needed. Great instruction, supportive atmosphere, and a wonderful class to ease back into Vinyasa. Highly recommend!
