INTRO Reformer Class

I was the only one in class, and Stefanie gave me a complimentary pair of grippy socks, explained how the pilates machine work, and made sure that I did the exercises safely and accurately. This was a hybrid format. Stefanie was there to supervise and make sure I was doing everything right. Jody is the instructor on the video. This was the first time I did a class where I felt like I could keep up. I’ve done private pilates sessions in the past because I wanted to build the foundations, but I was never taught how to set up the machine by myself. Hence, I’ve never done a pilates group class. Stefanie gave me an orientation prior to even starting the video. Jody also explained this in the video. I also appreciate how Stefanie was cheering me on and the ladies after me were very friendly and encouraging. I will definitely come back and recommend this to all my friends and co-workers. I can’t wait to join the next session!
