I arrived about 20 minutes early and they started right away. The pedicure was so relaxing and gentle/not rough (no pain whatsoever). I will definitely be back!

When I arrived at the apt at 9am I called the location and she said I was supposed to call to make an appointment after booking on class pass. I wasn’t notified about this. She had me book with her next week and told me that I need to also pay an additional $20 to get what class pass is offering. I asked why she hasn’t contacted them and she told me ClassPass is too hard to get ahold of as no one answers their phone. I’m not sure if she’s good or not, but so far there has been issues.
