All the classes are fantastic, and so attuned to students' needs. Every teacher makes a point to ask about injuries and offers modifications. I highly recommend Myo to anyone, especially people who are recovering from injuries, are hypermobile, or otherwise are wanting to be conscious of safe movement!

Jess's energy was infectious, making the whole experience incredibly fun and engaging. Not only did I break a sweat, but I also had a blast doing it. Jess's choreography was on point, keeping us on our toes and constantly energized. I left feeling exhilarated and ready to conquer the world. If you're looking for a Zumba class that's both enjoyable and effective, look no further. It's a five-star experience all around!
