All the classes are fantastic, and so attuned to students' needs. Every teacher makes a point to ask about injuries and offers modifications. I highly recommend Myo to anyone, especially people who are recovering from injuries, are hypermobile, or otherwise are wanting to be conscious of safe movement!

She pushes you and encourages you to do a heavier weight, or work for just 3 more seconds.I feel super encouraged and strong when I take her class. Also her workouts are super unique and there’s always creative use of the equipment.

ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat tempo. The sculpt class is more of a heated mat pilates class than yoga sculpt. But nonetheless, great class and Sara does a great job of creating a zen space with challenging circuits. There’s no yelling involved which is much appreciated!
