It was a very positive environment for all levels, and since the class I attended didn’t have too many people, there was plenty of time to get individualized attention to learn. Come 5 min early and do street parking or to figure out the garage. Class is hard to find but it’s at the round about next to the door with the leasing office for Rail apts. they have music notes on the door if that helps

The atmosphere was so warm, friendly, and encouraging that any nervousness I had disappeared almost immediately. The instructor was energetic, motivating, and made the class easy to follow, while the other participants were incredibly kind and supportive. Even though I had a little trouble memorizing some of the choreography, it truly didn’t matter. There was absolutely no judgment, just a fun, supportive atmosphere where everyone was there to have a good time and get a great workout. I left feeling energized, smiling, and excited to come back.
