ver todas as avaliaçõesI haven’t taken a lagree class in ages and Emily dedicated time at the beginning of class to demonstrate the more complicated moves for me. She moved through the class flawlessly and was super intuitive when I was unsure of a move so she could demonstrate or help adjust my position. Not to mention the music was bangin! I can’t wait to take another class by emily again soon!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first ever Pilates class and Lauren was so great. She came around and fixed my posture when needed and actually explained what was wrong. I also liked how she spoke to the class and moved around. She moved at a good pace that was easy for me to keep up with as a beginner. I will most definitely be returning to her class. It was tough but I had so much fun. My legs are jelly and I can’t wait for the next class!
