I found it very soothing and many of the techniques are easy to do at home. It's also clear that Anna cares very much about the class. If you have any doubts just give it a shot. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Also, would recommend trying sooner rather than later. I don't think this class is going anywhere but Flowmagin tends to shuffle its schedule a lot.

Erik does light therapy which gave me psychedelic images and feelings of clarity and energy work. His massage was like no other I have experienced. My only concern is that I am not sure that it actually addresses the lymphatic system since your lymph vessels are very superficial and just below the surface of the skin. The rollers do direct all of the pressure upwards toward the heart and if you don’t fully lean in to the machine that could work. I am quite sore today but would definitely go back. Also, the 45-minutes session seemed long, so for your first time 30 minutes might be better.
