ver todas as avaliaçõesSuch a good workout! Lot of movements focusing on muscle I don’t regularly workout. You will definitely be sweating by the end of class so don’t be fooled! Dani was such an encouraging instructor and cheered the class on the entire team. Will be back for future classes!

It was a fast paced and challenging workout, but Todd did an excellent job calling out modifications so everyone could choose what’s right for them. There were a lot of people in the class, but the mats were laid out with enough space to flow through the exercises comfortably. They had a special setup with the equipment laid out for me since it was my first time - appreciate the thoughtfulness of this and it made me feel very welcomed to the studio :) The studio space is large, clean, and well equipped. Music was upbeat and engaging - I could still easily hear Todd’s instruction through the mic. You can really tell Todd is passionate about teaching and this studio seems to run like a well oiled machine! Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back for another class

ver todas as avaliaçõesI’ll give it a good rating because it’s truly “pure yoga” This class was just the yoga, no music, foggy mirrors, and poses over and over. It was very focused. It’s extremely hot however, and I’m a little traumatized after each session of intense focus. I can’t tell if this was good or bad for my body yet. Unfortunately there’s a lot of dripping sweat on the ground and walking barefoot out of that room is icky.

ver todas as avaliaçõesReally enjoyed this class! The instructor was easy to follow and the format was fun. The studio was very welcoming, and had a mat set out for me with a post-it note welcoming me. I thought that was a nice touch. Definitely recommend!

My only qualm is with the FP studio and the slippery mats. I wonder if we could bring our sweat resistant yoga mat sized towels to put over their mats in order to maintain a solid grip. Other than that, I will be returning. I love looking up and seeing the gorgeous light fixtures and studio too.
